Return & Refund Policy
At Biotastic, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we offer a transparent 10-day return and refund policy across our product range, subject to the conditions outlined below.
This policy applies to all Biotastic products, including:

Cold Therapy Products: ICE POD Mini, Pro, Ultra, NeoPod, Arctic X, Chiller

Red Light Therapy Devices: NanoGlow, Red Light Cap, Red Light Mask, HealLite Mini, Solo, Duo, Half Max, Max, Quad, Elite
1. Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.

Products must be:

Unused (for cold therapy products, not filled with water)
-
Undamaged and in original condition
-
Returned in original packaging with all manuals and accessories intact

All returns will undergo QC inspection before approval.
2. Return Process

Order number & purchase details

Reason for return

Supporting photos/videos of the product

Our team will confirm return eligibility and guide you through the process.

Return pickup will be arranged by Biotastic where applicable.

For certain products (e.g., Chiller), the customer must arrange and bear the shipping cost.

Once the product is received and passes QC inspection, your refund will be processed.
3. Refunds & Timelines

You will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds are credited to the original method of payment within the following timelines:

ICE PODs, RLT, and portable items: up to 7 business days

Chiller, NeoPod, Arctic X: up to 14 business days

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to reflect the refund.
4. Non-Refundable & Deductible Charges

Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

If Biotastic arranges return shipping, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking fees apply as follows:

| NanoGlow, Red Light Cap, Red Light Mask | 10% of product cost |
5. Special Notes for Chiller Returns

Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.

Product must be drained (instructions available from support).

Customer is responsible for:

Safe return shipping costs

A 15% restocking fee and any de-installation charges

Please retain tracking proof, as Biotastic cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.

Refunds may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive the returned Chiller.

Biotastic is not responsible for bank charges incurred during the refund process or delays due to weather, incorrect address, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
