Return & Refund Policy
At Biotastic, we stand by the quality of our wellness and recovery systems. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 10 days of delivery, provided the product meets the following conditions:
Product is unused (for cold therapy products, it must not be filled with water).
Product is undamaged and in original packaging with all manuals and accessories.
Return passes our Quality Check (QC) inspection upon receipt.
Product was not purchased under any promotional offer or discount. (No refunds are applicable on offer-based purchases.)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at support@biotastic.in with the following details:
Order number and purchase details
Reason for return
Supporting images or videos
Once our team reviews your request, we will confirm eligibility and guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping & Handling
For most products, Biotastic will arrange pickup through our logistics partner.
For larger systems (e.g., Chiller, NeoPod, Arctic X), the customer may be required to ship the product back at their own expense.
All products must be securely packed in original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Customers are advised to take photographs before shipping for proof of condition.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
You will receive an email notification confirming whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within the following timelines:

Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.
Please note that your payment provider may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.
5. Non-Refundable & Deductible Charges
Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.
If return shipping was arranged by Biotastic, the cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Restocking fees apply as per the product type (see below).
De-installation charges (if applicable) are borne by the customer.

7. Important Notes
Refunds are not applicable for any product purchased with an offer or discount applied.
Used, damaged, or water-filled products (for cold therapy systems) are not eligible for refund.
Biotastic is not responsible for packages lost in transit without tracking proof.
Bank charges or transaction fees (if any) are borne by the customer.
We are not liable for delays in pickup or delivery caused by weather, incorrect address, or factors beyond our control.
